I'm having *exactly* the same symptoms and issue (on normal or abnormal disconnect of PulseSecure VPN there seems to be some hanging condition/process, so that PulseSecure does no more respond (neither to a re-connect, not even disable the VPN service) and moreover so that normal Windows shut down can not happen and enters a hanging state.
HI guys, I been expriecing very slow remote VPN connectivity. For example I am at home and when I ping my domain controller I get a reply then timeout. I disconnect and try again and it works but its really flakey. Is it possible to restart the VPN services on the SRX?

I have to restart all my work every time I want to stop VPN connection. I can't even shutdown my computer properly after using Junos, because it freezes.
